Healing Your Emotional Triggers

We all have different triggers in life. You know, the stuff that happens that makes you want to cry and scream.

It's easy to feel extremely reactive to things that bother us, trying everything we can do to change and control our external environment, and ultimately projecting our pain onto others. But the truth is, we can spend our entire life trying to change our external world when, in reality, the answer lies within. By diving deep and asking: why do I feel so triggered by this? What is this really rooted in? Which emotions have I suppressed that are linked to me reacting this way?

As we go deep within, the more that we can recognize the emotions that are beneath our triggers and ultimately heal and move forward.
